Many mainstream media outlets are reporting that anarchists threw a mixture of bleach and water on Republican delegates from Connecticut when they got off a bus. Are there any first-hand accounts from that interaction? Is it just propaganda?

No, many sources (not just Fox News) have reported this. Most of the stories interview Connecticut delegates, though, you're right on that. That's why I'd like to know if anyone has any video/accounts or has heard any "official" police comment.
