Twin Cities Indymedia is maintained by all-volunteer collectives made up of people like you.

The CONTENT you see on this site is posted by people involved in activist, political, and commmunity organizations across the Twin Cities. Anyone - yes, including you! - can publish content provided it fits our general mission and editorial policy.

The TECH COLLECTIVE is responsible for the technical integrity of the website and coordinating basic logistics of TCIMC.

The EDITORIAL COLLECTIVE makes sure the site is not covered with spam, as well as doing outreach to increase community awareness and participation in TCIMC. TCIMC editors are responsible for consistently producing quality feature articles and covering breaking stories within area social movements.

The VIDEO COLLECTIVE works on TCIMC video projects and co-produced the film Terrorizing Dissent about the 2008 St. Paul RNC.

Currently, all of these groups need help. If you're interested in getting involved in a collective, or working on a specific project, consider contacting us or coming to an open meeting (check the events calendar for details).
